Greetings Stargazers!
Welcome back to Fall Stargazing! It has been a long hot summer here in Florida. Many endless heat-soaked days and thunderstorm filled nights. Thankfully, due to the record high El Nino event, we were spared any hurricane activity.
We are looking forward to another rewarding winter season of cooler evenings and hopefully star-filled nights. As we mentioned before, the unpredictable nature of the El Nino events can have an effect on how wet and cloudy Florida can be in the cooler months. We will make every effort to continue with any scheduled tours in the coming months as long as the clouds cooperate. Please remember that we will contact you on the tour afternoon with weather updates, so please ensure you provide your correct phone number when booking, or call us directly prior to the tour.
Autumn is one of the best times of the year for stargazing. The cooler weather makes viewing sessions more comfortable. There are a wealth of interesting things to look for including the Summer Triangle, Ring Nebula, Saturn, Andromeda, and much much more.
