STARRY NIGHT

News & Updates

Fall 2025

Greetings Stargazers!
We are a few days past the Autumnal Equinox and Fall is now here, technically. For Floridians, the summer is still in full force with hot days and rainy afternoons. We are looking forward to October where the rain typically winds down and nights become cooler. We will continue to monitor the tail end of hurricane season and make adjustments as we go. We are booking tours in Oct and fingers crossed for some clearer nights!
Autumn provides us with many spectacular objects to view in the night sky. Saturn and Neptune are now visible in the evenings, always showstoppers through the telescope. The summer triangle of Vega, Deneb, and Altair is still overhead with the constellation Lyra a rich source of items including the Ring Nebula and the famous Double-Double system. Sagittarius is visible in the southern sky with a view toward the center of our galaxy.
Don't miss your chance to see the Autumn night sky up close! If we should experience some tropical weather, we will of course notify you in advance with options for rescheduling. Please call us with any questions you may have or further information.
